Our programs

Support that meets you where you are

Four interconnected programs designed to walk alongside teens and young adults through homelessness, housing instability, foster care transitions, and financial hardship — until they find their footing.

Housing Assistance
A safe place to land

Housing Assistance

We believe stable housing is the foundation for everything else. Our housing team connects young people with emergency shelter referrals, transitional housing options, and long-term housing navigation support. We work directly with local shelters, landlords, and city programs to remove barriers and find real solutions — not just referrals.

  • Emergency shelter referrals and placement
  • Transitional housing support and navigation
  • Rental assistance and deposit help
  • Landlord mediation and tenant rights education
  • Connection to long-term housing programs
Life Skills & Mentorship
Building confidence, one skill at a time

Life Skills & Mentorship

Independence isn't just about having a roof over your head — it's about knowing how to navigate the world. Our life skills workshops and one-on-one mentorship program cover everything from budgeting and cooking to communication and conflict resolution. Every young person is paired with a trained mentor who shows up consistently.

  • One-on-one mentorship with trained volunteers
  • Budgeting, banking, and financial literacy
  • Cooking, nutrition, and meal planning
  • Communication and conflict resolution
  • Goal-setting and accountability support
Job Training
Your first step toward financial independence

Job Training

Getting a job is hard when you don't have an address, a resume, or someone in your corner. Our job training program provides resume building, interview coaching, and direct connections to local employers who believe in second chances and first opportunities. We stay with you through the hiring process and beyond.

  • Resume writing and professional profile building
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Job search support and employer connections
  • Workplace readiness and professional skills
  • Post-placement check-ins and ongoing support
Foster Care Transitions
You don't have to face 18 alone

Foster Care Transitions

When young people age out of foster care, they often face the world without a safety net. Our foster care transition program provides dedicated case managers, housing support, life skills coaching, and a community of peers who understand the journey. We make sure that turning 18 is a beginning, not an ending.

  • Dedicated case managers for youth aging out of care
  • Housing navigation and transitional living support
  • Benefits enrollment and systems navigation
  • Peer support groups and community connection
  • Long-term follow-up and ongoing relationship
